This poster is written in Pidgin English. Top centre says "Five year old children (faivpela pikinini) all  know (save) that you die (dai) from the sickness malaria (long sick malaria) inside of PNG (insait long PNG)". At least I think that is what it says.

Its an interesting language. A hairdresser is a  "man i save katim gras bilong het".
