Day 1 - Long gully campsite, via Kalianna ridge to Cooyoyo campsite. Drop packs and climb the Castle.
Day 2 - Monoltith valley via Nebelung pass, north through the Green Room, past the seven goods pinnacles and to a camping cave on the nw of mount Cole.
Day 3 - Around mount Cole onto mount Owen, down into Monolith valley, Nebelung pass, Kalianna ridge to Long gully campsite
