1st - 4th April 2012 Picnic Point to Echuca
Here
is the map and photos from a three day (two night) canoe trip that John Clancy and Chris
Stevenson did from Picnic Point to Echuca on the Murray River (approx
80 klms).
This
was a really lovely trip and required no special skills. It was not
hard, we did not get wet and we only spent about 4 hours per day paddling.
I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who doesn't mind camping,
can swim and is of average fitness. Echuca Boat and Canoe Hire provided everything we needed aside from food and camping gear.
